It is increasingly apparent that Becky's CV consultations not only ensure that the CV is very positively reflective of customers, but help in other ways such as confidence building; developing a stronger sense of self, work identity and self-worth; and improving the articulation of actions/results within job interviews.
Due to people rarely speaking with friends and family about the intricacies of our jobs, the consultation is often the first time clients articulate certain facets of their roles and outcomes. In addressing Becky's questions, they are required to find the right words to help her understand and articulate them in the CV, in a relaxed and friendly manner before having the pressure of the job interview environment.

A qualified Careers Counsellor (and very involved, focused mum of an 18 year old) with 50+ diverse years' life experience and 10+ years in career consulting, Becky will often find ways to help young or less sure clients find their way by providing useful guidance, advice and information on courses or careers.
She will usually be able to see the clear potential of younger / less career stable clients (including their potential career trajectory) due to speaking to so many clients with similar beginnings, and often shares these insights.
